Delivery Information.

1. We endeavour to process orders received by 15:00 Monday-Friday for same day dispatch.

2. Our £8.50 + vat Standard delivery is a courier service and is dispatched using a track-able
next day service.
    * Please note we cannot be held liable for any delays once the goods are dispatched *

3. If your order is time sensitive we also offer a Next Day Pre 10.30 am and Pre 12.00 service,
please contact us for details.

4. Special rates apply to orders being shipped to Scottish Highlands & Islands,
and Non mainland UK addresses including Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

5. Non mainland UK orders can take 3 - 5 days for delivery.

6. Large / Bulk orders - We may not be able to offer our standard delivery options.
We will call you if the size of your order comes into this category and discuss the options with you.

7. An additional delivery charge of £4 per box is payable upon all orders for coated mugs,
 Slate and other ceramics regardless of order value.

8. We will of course work with you to resolve any delivery issues that occur.

9. Terms and Conditions apply to all orders.

10. Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day,
New Years Day and public bank holidays may affect delivery times.

Changed Your Mind?

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 48 hours of receipt.
The item must not be used and must be "as new" when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 7 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by us, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
